On Wednesday 21st February there will be a Missa Cantata in the Extraordinary Form at Birmingham Oratory starting at 5.45 p.m..

Parish Priest of the Oratory Father Anton Guziel explained, "The relics of this early Roman Martyr are housed in the altar nearest the pulpit, under the picture of St. Athanasius, and were given to Bl. John Henry Newman by Bl. Pius IX upon the foundation of the Oratory in England, with the feast date of the Cardinal’s birthday chosen for its celebration."

"The Feast is unique to our Oratory: you are strongly encouraged to come and support [this Mass]."
