St Mary's the Mount Priestly Anniversaries

The Feast of St Stephen  at St. Mary's the Mount, Walsall,  was a momentous occasion when five Vocationist Fathers concelebrated Holy Mass to mark the anniversaries of their priestly ordinations.

Parish Priest Father Salvatore, Assistant Priest Father Justin and hospital chaplain in residence Father Thomas, were joined by their confreres Father Anil and Father Roy from Holywell.

Joining in the St. Stephen's day celebration were 18 of the regular 21 altar servers, three of whom, including a father and son, were enrolled in the Guild of St. Stephen.

It was a joyful occasion which was followed by a reception in the parish centre.

The Photograph shows the principal celebrant, Father Justin, whose first anniversary was on that day, together with (left to right) Father Anil, Father Roy (December 27th), Father Thomas (December 31st) and Deacon Luigi.
